Superdordi Hydro-electric Project (54MW), Lamjung

As a Site Electrical Engineer at Hydro Equipment Services Pvt. Ltd (Dec 2020 – Nov 2022), he was responsible for the erection, testing, and commissioning of major electro‑mechanical systems in multiple hydropower projects. At the Superdordi Hydroelectric Project (54 MW) in Lamjung, he supervised the complete installation and commissioning of 2×27 MW vertical Pelton turbine‑generator units, along with associated switchyard and substation works. His duties included turbine and generator installation, cable scheduling, termination, and testing to ensure reliable operation and grid integration. He also led erection, testing, and commissioning of 2×5.5 MW horizontal Francis turbine‑generator units at the Tallo Khare Hydroelectric Project (11 MW) in Dolakha. In addition, he oversaw EOT crane erection and commissioning at several sites, including a 35/5 T crane at Jogmai Hydropower (6.2 MW) in Ilam and a 75/10 T crane at Superdordi. Through these responsibilities, he gained strong hands‑on experience in hydropower electro‑mechanical installation, quality control, and safe commissioning practices.
